We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst for Local Regulatory and ESG Reporting Team, at Finance, Risk & Data Tribe. As part of our agile team, your key focus will be on local regulatory reporting in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, while also dedicating time to environmental, social, and governance reporting initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

    • Actively participating in delivery team sprints, working on sprint tasks, cooperating with other delivery team members, and contributing to the sprint goal
    • Reading and interpreting EU and Baltic regulatory reporting requirements
    • Contributing to development of new reporting solutions and assessing impact on existing ones
    • Analysing, organising and interpreting information from large datasets in data warehouse
    • Preparing agile development epics, stories in Jira and aligning them with stakeholders
    • Configuring, adjusting and testing reporting solutions together with other agile delivery team members
    • Documenting solutions in a structured way
    • Providing improvement proposals to product owner and delivery team lead based on stakeholder needs and feedback
    • Making data analysis and communicating with stakeholders to interpret and explain data

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Experience working with large datasets in finance or risk reporting
    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
    • The ability to plan work and prioritize, ensuring that tasks are completed in line with set deadlines
    • A goal-driven, proactive nature, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
    • Excellent cooperation skills as a team player in an international setting, collaborating effectively with both business and tech team members
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English

Will be considered as an advantage:

    • Knowledge of reporting regulations, regulatory expectations, IFRS
    • Good understanding of banking business, products, and processes
    • Experience with SQL

Monthly salary range for this position: 2300–4100 EUR gross.
