Join the Parent Bank Accounting & Reporting team as we are now searching for Senior Financial Controller with accountability for internal funds transfer pricing (IFTP) at Group Finance.

About the role
As a Senior Financial Controller at SEB, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our finance organization. You will be part of a high performing team, responsible for Accounting, Financial and Regulatory Reporting processes for SEB AB. This role includes:
• Global responsibility for our internal funds transfer pricing (IFTP) process at Group Finance including accounting, development and improvement of the process.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closing of SEB AB, including analysis of financial statements to ensure adequate presentation of IFTP.
• Independently pursuing ad hoc issues within IFTP accounting, reporting and our processes.
• Coordinate IFTP activities with stakeholders at Group Treasury and our international sites.
• Driving the change and development agenda in close collaboration with Group Treasury, both setting requirements and implementing global initiatives.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
• A Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience from Accounting and Financial Reporting, preferably from Banking or Treasury.
• Fluency in English. Swedish is not a requirement, but a merit.
• Experience of driving the change agenda, both setting requirements and implementing global initiatives.
• Experience of working in development projects with requirements and with a coordinating role.
You are a team player with outstanding communication skills, and you are confident working with stakeholders at different levels in an organization. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a self-motivated problem solver with strong collaborative skills and ability to take ownership. You can independently drive initiatives, and you are structured in your way of working and can see the big picture but also work with details.
