In SEB we believe that Delivery Team Lead should care for the team as much as for delivery.
Therefore, growing people, building personal development plans, enabling team to improve & having full freedom to run the team comes with this job. We also expect that you will have good strategies on how to balance planned work vs unplanned (i. e. maintenance, team and system improvements).
You are a good fit for this role if:
- Have a capacity to manage, train, coach and motivate people locally and remotely
- Have practical experience in payment card industry or knowledge about VISA/Mastercard security requirements
- You have hands on experience with financial crime prevention and/or knowledge of information security principles, risk management, technologies, control measures and security remediation practices. All those would be an advantage
- You have professional information security certifications, such as PCI ISA or similar. That would be considered as an advantage
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, structural thinking and holistic process view.
- Good team player with ability to build relationships with colleagues and different stakeholders in multicultural environment
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Having knowledge and experience of personal coaching, team dynamics, conflict resolution is also a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position: 4800 – 7200 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
