About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the dynamic Business Solutions team, which is responsible for contributing to various HR strategic projects and supporting our HR colleagues in business analysis, data & analytics and agile journey. Your analytical expertise will drive impactful HR initiatives and projects. In this role, you will not only contribute to the enhancement of our HR processes but also serve as the key point of contact between our HR department and IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

    • Verify and align requirements implementation with stakeholders
    • Active participation in all Agile events
    • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs
    • Participate in planning and designing efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
    • Designing and documenting business product workflow (end to end) within the team
    • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and ensure unified requirements approach
    • Decompose high-level information into details
    • Active contribution for testing and contribution in incident/problem handling
    • Gathering development needs and helping development lead to coordinate prioritization process
    • Actively contribute to high-quality backlog creation, think strategically for long term solutions
    • Lead collaboration among analysts to ensure alignment across processes and projects
    • Assist in creation of methodologies, templates and tools
    • Contribution in functional specifications development and analysis

Who we are looking for:

    • A team player who enjoys taking ownership
    • Familiar with software requirements patterns
    • Experience in systems business analysis, project management or similar role
    • Are experienced at facilitating requirements gathering and planning sessions
    • Has customer-focused mind-set, willingness to develop and improve ways of working

    • To succeed in your role with us, you should be technically minded, interested in new technologies and digital solutions. You should also have excellent communication and facilitation skills, high interest in innovation and new ways of working. Experience in visual modelling & diagramming, Agile or Lean methodologies experience, project management, bachelor or master degree in Information Technology, Software engineering, Business Information systems or similar would be an advantage.

€2,400 - €3,600 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
