What you will be doing
You will be part of the AITSM team that maintenance and supports Jira/Confluence and MyIT/SPM. You will work in Agile and will be involved into continuous process of delivery, support. You will be in close contact with business users from different countries.
As a Junior Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing forms in MyIT and Jira
- Help with SPM to Jira migration
- Daily support of Jira Requests
Who we are looking for:
- Have working experience as IT support
- Knowing of Jira and SPM would be advantage
- Proactive and positive team player
- Eager to learn and willing to take ownership
- Enjoy working in Agile way

Monthly salary range for this position: 1450 - 2150 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
