We are looking for a Cross Client Segment Coordinator that will be responsible for driving the agenda for the newly established LC&FI Virtual Cross Client Segment mgmt group consisting of team managers for Client analysts and similar roles in the respective segments and home markets within LC&FI.

About the role:
On the top of the agenda for the LC&FI Virtual Cross Client Segment forum and consequently for the Co-ordinating role, we will have the credit process and ensuring our contribution to a harmonized and efficient way of working. In addition, new regulations will also be prioritized in order to find aligned processes and ways of working cross all segments. Other topics will be training for our analysts, keeping relevant community intranet-pages updated, calibration of the roles between segments/home markets and ensuring participation in various projects. You will also be be expected to represent the forum/community and drive activities towards functions such as I&CA, Credits, Internal audit, HR and relevant Domains/Tribes.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
We are looking for a person with a positive personality who is good at  building relationships and has a high level of drive and energy. You will work with many topics in parallel and be “the spider in the web”, hence structure and focus on progress/delivery are key elements to succeed in this role. You enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to work independently. You have excellent communication skills in English (and preferably also in Swedish). You have an academic degree or relevant work experience. It is a merit if you if you have experience from working in a client team, have been a team lead/manager or project leader and have experience from working with process enhancements.  
 
You will report into the Head of Business Advisory in Corporate Banking but you will also have dotted lines to Structured Finance and Institutional Banking.
