We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join the Industry & Corporate Analysis (I&CA) real estate team in Stockholm. I&CA is the corporate and industry specialists within the Corporate & Investment Banking division. We are responsible for providing SEB’s global business and credit decision makers with in-depth independent analyses of corporate counterparties, industries, and transactions.
About the role
In this role you will be part of a cross-border team covering a wide range of corporate clients and sectors, with your primary area being real estate and residential development counterparties. As an analyst you will prepare and present your analysis and recommendation to the various decision-making authorities within the bank, providing a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and financial risk profile, as well as transaction related risks. Staying on top of economic, business and market developments relevant for our exposure will thus be an essential part of your job. Communication and cooperation with the client, Client Executive and Credits will also be an integral part of the business and credit assessment.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

a university degree, preferably with a numerical focus

some 5+ years relevant analytical experience from the financial sector

a meaningful knowledge or experience from real estate or residential development

a combination of accounting, analytical, modelling, communication, and presentation skills
-
proficiency in English and Swedish
-
ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
