We are looking for a Project Manager, that will be a key person and play a central role in our team with focus on Liquidity Products. In this role you will be part of a professional and passionate team with the ambition to develop and future proof the Cash Management and Liquidity offering.

About the role:
As Project Manager you will be part of building the future Cash Pool solution and responsible for the project Cash Pool Solution. In this role you will also be part of many transformative activities for the product portfolio. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Specialists, Architects and Tech teams along with many different key stakeholders throughout the value chain.

To thrive in this role, we believe:
• You have a M.Sc. in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or another relevant field
• You have relevant work experience with in financial services. You have good understanding of the Cash Management product offering as well as the underlying technology
• You have experience as project manager with a proven track record in implementing larger projects
• You can communicate effectively with stakeholders within technology as well as business units
• You have astrong customer focus and an understanding of different needs and how we can support those needs
• You have an interest in technology and an agile way of working
• You share our values around: customer first, commitment, simplicity and collaboration. These feels natural to you and guides you in you work and decision making
• You have a strong personal drive, a structured approach, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You can build strong relationships, manage stakeholder expectations both internally and externally, and you are eager to learn and drive change
• You are fluent in English and Swedish

As a person you are a proactive leader who takes initiative and drives activities forward, either independently or through others. You easily engage with business representatives and are comfortable with work related to mobilizing resources, plan and prioritize deliveries and report progress as well as manage risk and escalate issues.
