We seek an individual experienced in ICT continuity and resilience management to work on developing and implementing ICT continuity practices as part of overall business continuity management framework. Responsibilities include setting standards for ICT continuity management and ensuring execution of continuity planning and testing to ensure that critical business functions can be recovered within tolerance levels set by recovery objectives.
 
You'll join the Baltic IT risk management team, reporting directly to the Baltic IT Risk Manager, and actively engage with stakeholders across organization and SEB Group to ensure effective execution of ICT continuity management in alignment with business needs and within risk appetite levels.

Working as IT Service Continuity Manager your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop, maintain, and enforce ICT continuity management framework, setting a common standard for ICT continuity and resilience management for Baltic organization.
    • Support organization with business impact analyses and risk assessments to result in formulation of Disaster Recovery strategies.
    • Maintain Technology business continuity plans and disaster recovery plans ensuring alignment with recovery objectives of bank’s critical business functions and vital services.
    • Perform analyses of crisis scenarios and provide recommendations for risk treatment plans.
    • Coordinate development and update to ICT response and recovery procedures for critical ICT assets and platforms.
    • Create and maintain ICT disaster recovery test plan and coordinate executions of tests to evaluate how effectively disaster recovery plans are meeting business recovery objectives.
    • Ensure that lessons-learned and resolution of test findings are incorporated into ICT risk management processes.
    • Share expertise and insights of continuity management to Technology teams, ensuring that employees understand their roles in preparation, testing and execution of ICT disaster recovery plans.

You’ll be the right fit if you have:

    • 5 years of experience in ICT, preferably with focus to ICT service continuity and resiliency management.
    • Competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, cloud computing, and business continuity management.
    • Good understanding of ICT architectures, including ICT infrastructure, networking, systems, applications, data storage and backup.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate continuity management processes throughout organization.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills for interaction within all levels of organization.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
    • Fluency in English.

€3,600 - €5,400 a month

Monthly salary range for this position: 3600 – 5400 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits
