About the role: As a UX Designer, you’ll blend technical expertise with a passion for research and collaboration to design interfaces that are not only visually engaging but also intuitive and accessible. Working closely with users, stakeholders, and our development team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping tools that make a real impact within our organization. You’ll be joining a dedicated and skilled scrum team that embraces innovation and values your insights. Here, you’ll be encouraged to contribute your perspective as we develop cutting-edge solutions together.
As a UX designer, you will
- Design intuitive interfaces: use Figma to craft responsive, user-friendly designs that meet SEB’s guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user-centric research: dive into user needs to understand current workflows, anticipating future needs to design optimal decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: align with stakeholders to bridge user, business, and technical requirements into cohesive solutions.
- Engage in early-stage analysis: partner with Business Analysts to define requirements, shaping projects from the outset.
- Drive continuous improvement: challenge existing solutions, offering ideas to enhance usability and streamline user interactions.
- Collaborate across UX: work with fellow UX designers to enrich the user experience across SEB’s ecosystem.
- Champion the value of UX: advocate for user experience with stakeholders and the development team, communicating its value and impact.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Experience: 2+ years in UX design or a similar role.
- Technical skill: proficiency in Figma.
- Collaboration mindset: a strong ability to work closely with both UX peers and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-leadership: proactive and user-focused with a knack for independent problem-solving.
- Plus points: experience in finance/banking and/or a basic understanding of front-end development.

€2,600 - €4,000 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
