About the role:
We are seeking someone who is passionate about innovating and developing data-driven financial products and services through employing advanced technologies.
As an intern in Customer Data and Strategic Transformation team , you will work at the intersection of strategy, data science, and technology to develop the next generation of financial solutions. The mission will be to scout and map potential high value adding data science use cases, incl. generative AI use cases in Group and Baltics, conceptualize the findings and propose way forward for execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with strategy, data science and development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional/divisional teams to map potential use cases and understand development needs.
- Conceptualize, design, and propose ideas for implementation. This includes engaging in experimentation and prototyping to explore novel ideas and approaches to future proof financial services.
- Gain hands-on experience in implementing and fine-tuning algorithms to create realistic and innovative outputs and take ownership and lead initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and generative AI. Contribute fresh ideas to our dynamic research and development environment.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Last year on master studies in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
- Not more than 3 years of working experience
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and programming languages
- Experience with projects involving LLMs would give advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and a passion for innovation
- Openness to learning, experimenting, and trying new methods and tools and technologies
- Ability to create visually appealing and informative data visualizations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
