You will be responsible to enusre payroll related deliveries as well as HR administration within specific area. 

Your responsibilities will include

    • Executing daily HR operations within your area and keeping work instructions updated
    • Processing salary calculations, including vacation, sick leave, benefits and other compensations
    • Managing salary payments, deductions, benefits, taxation, social security and related bookkeeping
    • Preparing internal and external reports, statistics and analyses
    • Maintaining accurate and timely employee data across HR systems
    • Contributing to process improvements and the development of new ways of working
    • Collaborating closely with HR team members and partners across the organisation
    • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Supporting our learning culture by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues

You will be right fit if you have

    • Knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law and other related legal requirements (would be considered as advantage)
    • Previous experience working with HR administration or payroll areas
    • High interest in new ways of working
    • Willing to support managers and employees using different channels
    • Good time management & prioritization skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Excellent communication skills, fluency in Lithuanian and English

€1,950 - €2,800 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
