What you will be doing?
As the Tribe Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of talented business and software development professionals, fostering a collaborative agile culture, and ensuring the successful delivery of financing and loans products to customers of SEB Baltic banks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being accountable for the overall vision and the strategy of Tribe and for Tribe deliveries.
- Facilitating, supporting and motivating Tribe members.
- Balancing Tribe budget, structure, competences with Tribe roadmap.
- Accountable for adoption of SEB development processes and sound risk management practices in the Tribe.
- Coaching and supporting Tribe Leadership team members.
- Striving for building high-performing teams and keeping sustainable pace.
You’ll be the right fit if you have:
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to coach, train and motivate others.
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.
- Fair understanding of Agile.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Strategic thinking.
- Willingness and ability to work in multi-cultural environment and travel in case of need.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.

€5,050 - €7,550 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
