SEB is looking for new AML/KYC Specialists to join the AML/KYC Center in Warsaw. Our business area Wealth & Asset Management (W&AM) has an extensive growth agenda during the coming years. One of the major initiatives to support this expansion, is to continue developing the AML/KYC Center within the Polish site/branch of SEB AB. The AML/KYC Center supports W&AM business units across the Nordics and Luxembourg. Currently, AML/KYC Center is looking for KYC Specialists to support our Swedish DD processes.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperating with cross site teams and stakeholders creating a seamless onboarding/review journey for the clients.
- Performing Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Team Leader. Your tasks will include analysing and validating documentation, analysing ownership, performing screening, writing risk assessments, preparing client analysis for approval committees, updating static data, archiving documentation and performing trigger-based reviews.
- Being the expert in AML/KYC and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews and perform related tasks, when required.
- Contributing to delivering an exceptional client experience for new and existing W&AM clients.
Requirements:
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience in AML/KYC processes.
- You are well acquainted with KYC and the regulatory framework for onboardings/reviews.
- You have an analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to your work.
- You can work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner.
- You like taking responsibility and are comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities and objectives can change quickly.
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of a Scandinavian or Finnish language is an advantage.
