Cash Management Unit is part of Corporate Banking Division and has the mandate to deliver the value proposition to the bank’s clients in the area of Cash and Liquidity Management, E-commerce and other payment solutions. The Unit very closely collaborates with relevant stakeholders in SEB Group.
As the Head of Merchant Payment Solutions you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Merchant Payment and E-commerce Solutions and value proposition to our Corporate and SME clients while working closely with main stakeholders locally and in the SEB Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-designing and implementing the Bank’s strategy in the area of Merchant Payment Solutions
- Developing and driving the initiatives to enhance the quality of services in Merchant Payments & E-commerce areas
- Leading advisory driven sales to the Bank’s Corporate and SME clients with full focus on Merchant Payment and E-commerce solutions
- Delivering on KPI’s, KRI’s and business plan goals in the Payments and E-commerce service area
To thrive in this role:
- You are passionate about Payments business and technologies
- You have several years’ experience in Merchant Payments, Cash Management and E-commerce areas
- You are performance driven with excellent ability to deliver
- You are an effective presenter with excellent communication and networking skills
- You are able to lead yourself in a proactive manner
- You are eager to learn new things and support others in development
- You have strong skills in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English

€3,950 - €5,950 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
