Join the Youth LAB summer program at SEB Group (V. Gerulaičio g. 10, Vilnius), where you'll be welcomed into a friendly and inclusive environment that celebrates your talent and curiosity.
About the role:
As an intern, you will assist with key HR processes, including employee engagement surveys, performance management and recruitment tools. Your role will involve supporting daily operational tasks, helping with user support and contributing to user instructions. If you're proactive, structured, eager to learn and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we’d love to have you on board!
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and solid Excel skills
- An analytical mindset
- Excellent text editing and review abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Great communication skills and fluency in English

€1,050 - €1,300 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
