About the role:
As a bank operations specialist you will be responsible for wide scope of post-trade processes which are essential part of financial industry as they ensure the efficient, accurate and secure completion of transactions after they are executed. We are in Riga but work in close cooperation with our colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and other countries. By collaborating and networking with other internal teams, you'll also have room to explore other business areas and grow your skills further.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Great communication skills and fluency in English
    • Accuracy and attention to details, with strong sense of responsibility,
    • Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information,
    • Previous experience in accounting or other finance-related areas will be considered as advantage,
    • Patience and good stress resistance.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1250 – 1900  EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate*. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
