Do you want to build your career in financial markets and work in a fast-paced environment with close client interaction? We are now looking for an FX Sales to join our professional and dynamic sales team in Helsinki. The position is temporary for two years.
About the role
FICC Markets comprise Fixed income, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Commodities, and is one of the largest business areas within the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Our main purpose is to provide access to the financial markets for SEB’s Large Corporate and Financial Institutions clients utilizing our global presence and product expertise. The Foreign Exchange organization is a global team of around 120 professionals within FICC Markets including sales, traders, and strategists.
Your primary focus will be foreign exchange, but you will have a great opportunity to work closely with other market products as well. In this role, you will support senior sales staff in their daily work and sales efforts. This includes pricing and executing various FX and money market transactions, staying on top of market developments and generating trade ideas, preparing client pitches, and participating in client meetings. You will work closely with our e-FX offering, support client onboarding, and oversee, as well as, develop certain operational processes. You will also gain insight into risk policies, credit procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines. Close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders is crucial for your success.

• Previous market and sales experience is an advantage, but not required
