What you will be doing:
You will belong to a creative, energetic, and ambitious support team, working in a collaborative and international setting. Our mission is to be relevant where we are needed the most. Thus, we are involved in a great variety of duties and activities. As a team member you will support managers and other stakeholders within the fields of Administration, Internal Communication, HR Related questions, Training, Employer Branding initiatives and events, and Facility Management. We ensure that our managers' events sparkle, and that our external and internal communication, where branding is an important part, is inspiring and crystal clear. We also take great pride in improving administrative and system-related processes cross-SEB and therefore proactively cooperate with other SEB teams and stakeholders within the bank. Focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work.

As a Business Coordinator you will be responsible for:

    • Proactively supporting managers with various everyday tasks and issues in the fields of Administration, HR, and facility management;
    • Driving and coordinating existing and implementing new employer branding ideas;
    • Managing internal communication initiatives and events;
    • Initiating and driving improvement of existing internal processes & creating new ones;
    • Managing changes of organizational structures, newcomers on-boarding, & other HR related questions;
    • Preparing work related documentation.

Who we are looking for:

    • Customer focused with a proactive, positive, and self-driven mindset;
    • Experienced in multitasking and driving many initiatives and projects while collaborating with stakeholders, your team, and other colleagues;
    • Well-organized and passionate about improving current processes;
    • Practical experience in administration, HR, and/or office management;
    • Interested and knowledgeable in internal communication and employer branding;
    • Up to coordinate and execute activities within different areas of expertise;
    • A doer that enjoys checking off tasks in a fast-pace, international environment;
    • Strong skills in communication both verbal and written;
    • Excellent in Latvian & English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

€1,800 - €2,700 a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
