About the role:
As a .NET Tech Lead, you will have to combine your technical and leadership skills to foster team growth and deliver innovative solutions. Your main responsibilities will include leading the integration of a third-party solution into our company’s ecosystem and supporting the development team by coaching, mentoring, and guiding them to reach their full potential.
You'll join an ambitious competent, and strong scrum team that’s dedicated to enhancing third-party software solutions using cutting - edge technologies.

Current main tech stack: .NET 8, Angular 17, MongoDB and SQL Server.

As a .NET Tech Lead you will:

    • Take full ownership of the third-party software solution, identifying optimal ways to integrate it seamlessly into the internal ecosystem
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and other teams to drive timely deliveries
    • Build and nurture strong relationship with vendor
    • Lead the setup and integration of third-party applications within the company’s infrastructure
    • Oversee the technical design and participate in the ongoing architectural evolution of the system
    • Coach and mentor the development team, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed, and facilitate the onboarding of new team members.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication across different levels
    • Deep knowledge of architectural design principles, with (preferred) practical experience implementing them.
    • Expertise in .NET (with 3+ years of hands - on experience)
    • Proficiency in working with SQL databases, and ideally NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
    • A strong passion for developing and empowering your team
    • A focus on team success and collaboration, prioritizing team goals over individual achievements
    • Excellent communication skills English.

It would be seen as advantage, if you have:

    • experience working with third - party solutions and vendors
    • knowledge of cloud technologies, Docker, and modern development practices (sync and async communication patterns)
    • previous experience as a tech lead or leading an IT team in an Agile environment
    • experience in reporting and addressing challenges related to it, especially in systems functioning as a ledger.

€4,200 - €6,200 a month
Monthly salary range for this position: 4200 - 6200 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
