We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Fraud Prevention Systems Business Owner to join our team. This critical role will oversee the end-to-end management of fraud prevention products and processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, business goals, and emerging fraud trends. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of fraud detection models and monitoring systems, ensuring the security and reputation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the product life cycle and related processes, ensuring holistic development and maintenance of fraud prevention systems;
- Manage and contribute to the vision and strategy of the product roadmap and risk models to address evolving fraud vectors and monitoring KPIs/KRIs;
- Analyze and implement changes to fraud prevention models based on trends and insights;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including conducting relevant risk assessments;
- Define and document as-is and to-be scenarios, user journeys, business rules, exceptions, and operational procedures;
- Act as a decision-maker on key fraud trends and translate them into applicable fraud vectors and models;
- Provide expertise in fraud prevention systems and manage quality assurance processes;
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies;
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance user competencies.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Relevant university degree (Master’s degree is preferred);
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector;
- Understanding of financial services operations, AML/CFT prevention, fraud, regulatory frameworks and best practices;
- Expert knowledge in fraud prevention systems management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structural and holistic process view;
- Proficiency in data analytics, Big Data models, and machine learning;
- Advanced computer literacy and proven experience in scripting for data insights;
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact successfully across all organizational levels;
- Strategic and innovative thinking with clear sense of long-term direction;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

€3,550 - €4,500 a month
Monthly salary range for this position (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
