The newly established Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) group function will further accelerate the deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime.

We are now seeking for a Customer Risk Assessment Model Manager to join our team at Arenastaden in Stockholm.

About the job
You will be participating in helping to define the overall strategy and approach for how to develop our Customer Risk Assessment (CRA) models to ensure sound risk management and efficient processes. Based on input from the business-wide money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessment you will apply analytical analysis and identify relevant quantitative data as input to the CRA models. You will continuously develop, test, and calibrate the models to ensure accurate and up-to-date results are obtained to help improve our FC risk management capabilities and keep up with the everchanging Financial Crime (FC) risk management space. Together with colleagues in the team, you will be an important driver in bringing financial crime risk awareness and expertise within the organization to a higher level.

As a Customer Risk Model Manager, you will work with:
· Define and implement the CRA model strategy
· Develop and enhance quantitative CRA models
· Aligning with business divisions to ensure the capture of relevant risks
· Continuous model calibration and sensitivity analysis
· Act as a SME in relation to implementing the models in the KYC process
· Quality assurance and documentation of relevant data attributes
· Defining requirements for Tech and Data Owners
· Participation in model validation
· Governance of the CRA models including documentation

Who are you?
You have previous experience with Financial Crime model development, in the first or second line, and are familiar with the methodology and design of qualitative and quantitative modeling. You will work closely with all parts of Financial Crime Prevention, Business Divisions, as well as Group Risk and Group Compliance. You are interested in providing a high level of service and you are a true team player with a strong capability of prioritizing the daily work in a structured manner. You are analytical and driven, have a problem-solving mindset, and a strong sense of personal ownership.
