The area of Cash Management is undergoing a major transformation, both from a business and market perspective but also from an architectural perspective. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation by working with requirements in the Payments and Reporting area.
 
What you will be doing:
As a Business Analyst at SEB you will play a key part in our transformation journey when building the future of payment solutions. In this role you will work cross teams to collect and write requirements in tight collaboration with your different stakeholders.
You will be a part of the Reporting area within Cash Management and work against several teams, as we work cross-functionally. You will get the opportunity to discuss problems and opportunities with over ten other Business Analysts but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule. Your daily work will include:

    • Take lead, coordinate and drive refinement work;
    • Collect, analyze and translate business needs into functional and system requirement specifications;
    • Communicate with stakeholders at all different levels (business-/operation experts, product management, architects, development teams, QA, subject matter experts…) to set the requirements and scope.  

We are looking for:

    • You have worked as a Business Analyst at least 5-10 years in an agile environment and are used to document requirements in a structured manner;
    • You have a technical background, a technical education and/or been working as a developer or tester;
    • You are used to be involved in many initiatives/projects at the same time and working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
    • You have strong problem-solving skills and are structured and with excellent attention to detail;
    • You are used to coordinating and networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas;
    • As a person you have a strong drive and like to take initiatives and you can define a task even if it initially is vague. You are pragmatic, adaptable and prestige less;
    • You have experience of collecting requirements directly from stakeholders (for instance by having workshops);
    • You are used to working directly against development teams with developers/testers with focus on back-end;
    • You are interested to read and understand rules and regulations from authorities and translate them into requirements for development teams;
    • It is also an extra plus if you have some knowledge within the payments and reporting area.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3500 – 5300 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
