Do you want to work strategically with the development of analysis and calculations of SEB’s liquidity risk metrics, MREL/TLAC and Resolution? Do you have knowledge and interest in bank balance sheet and have a passion for driving change as part of an agile team?  We are now looking for a Senior Liquidity Risk Controller to join the Capital & Liquidity Reporting team at Group Finance, located in Arenastaden in Stockholm.

About the role:
Group Finance aim to deliver reports, high quality data and analyzes for decision-making to our many stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to run your own initiatives and be part of the strategic work needed to achieve the Group Finance common goals. Above all, you will work with monitoring and implementation of new directives and regulations from the supervisory authorities/regulators and make information further available internally within the bank. The position also includes daily and monthly analysis, calculation and reporting of the bank's liquidity coverage ratio (LCR), net stable funding ratio (NSFR) as well as several other liquidity reports, such as ALMM, MREL, Resolution Reporting and Asset Encumbrance.

In the Capital & Liquidity Reporting department, we have nine experts with a solid understanding of capital adequacy, balance sheet analysis and liquidity risk reporting. We work globally with our subsidiaries and interact closely with other departments of the bank such as Group Financial Management, Risk and IT. All work is done in close collaboration with our Global Services department in Vilnius, where the production of the metrics and IT development is located.

Who are we looking for?
To succeed in your role with us you need to be independent, structured, reliable and driven person, with an interest and understanding of the financial market and commitment to deadlines. You have ability to build positive relationships and a willingness to drive the bank's development work forward with a long-term perspective taken into consideration. You can understand and solve complicated financial problems in a structured way and present them easily and comprehensibly.

You also have:
·       A degree from college or university as an engineer or within finance
·       Good understanding of banks and bank regulations, such as CRR, BCBS 239 and BRRD
·       Good understanding of a banks balance sheet
·       Advanced skills in Excel/MS Office
·       SQL skills are not a requirement but considered as an advantage
·       Tableau skills are not a requirement but considered as an advantage
·       Strong communication skills in English
·       Minimum 10 year of experience working with similar topics
·       General understanding of working with Lean-Agile principles is considered as beneficial
