We are looking for a KYC Project Manager to join KYC Office, which is part of Monitoring and Security Division and supports Retail and Corporate Banking Divisions. You will be accountable for the implementation of projects, improvement of processes and various other tasks within Know Your Customer area.

Your responsibilities:

    • Assess existing processes, identify enhancements, implement consistent & efficient processes and controls
    • Cooperating with stakeholders at Business, KYC & Compliance, ensuring timely implementation of changes & communication
    • Lead change management initiatives, participate as team member in projects
    • Participate in quality assurance activities
    • Preparation and delivery of training materials 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

    • Willingness to learn fast, work independently and take ownership
    • AML/KYC knowledge and work experience in the respective areas would be considered as an advantage
    • Good understanding of business environment and banking services & products
    • Project management, analytical and presentation skills
    • Fluency in Lithuanian and English

€2,600 - €3,900 a month
(before tax deduction). 
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
