Your key responsibilities

Maintain and further develop 2nd and 3rd pillar pension products in Latvia

Drive and actively contribute to Baltic projects related to pension and life insurance savings products

Take a leading role in project execution, from idea to implementation

Coordinate product rollouts by ensuring clear communication, training, documentation, customer support, and incident handling together with relevant units

Act as a key contact person for external institutions and stakeholders related to pension products

Support smooth handover and ongoing maintenance of implemented solutions (products, systems, functionalities)
What we expect from you
-
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in project management, business, IT, or digital development, preferably within insurance or financial services

Good understanding of savings and pension products and the Latvian pension market

General knowledge of product development and user experience (UX)

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Ability and willingness to work in a multi‑cultural, cross‑Baltic environment

Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. English is required for working on Baltic‑wide projects and collaborating with colleagues from other Baltic countries.
