What you will be doing?

In SEB we believe that Delivery Team Lead should care for the team as much as for delivery. Therefore, growing people, building personal development plans, enabling team to improve & having full freedom to run it comes with this job. We also expect that you will have good strategies on how to balance planned work vs unplanned (e.g. maintenance, team and system improvements).
 
More specifically, you will be a part of Finance, Risk and Data Tribe tribe across the three Baltic Countries and you will lead a dynamic Local Regulatory and ESG Reporting team.

You are a good fit for this role if you have:

    • more than 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master in a data-centric environment
    • strong leadership skills and personal drive to make a difference
    • people management skills of your direct reports
    • strong sense of ownership and responsibility
    • ability to interact successfully at all levels of the organization and make an impact
    • communication and presentation skills
    • proficiency in written and spoken English

It would additionally strengthen your candidacy if you:

    • have practical experience in Product development within Reporting and Data Warehousing areas
    • possess technical skills related to development processes

€4,000 - €6,000 a month
(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.

The monthly salary range for this position: 4000 – 6000 Eur (before tax deduction)

The exact amount of salary after completion of the recruitment period will be offered to the selected candidate taking into consideration his/her work experience and competencies.
The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
