What you’ll be doing:
- Credit analysis of large corporate clients, preparation of financial forecasts for variety of customers and industries, presentation of independent assessment of the credit risk to credit committee
- Structuring lending deals -advising stakeholders on optimal lending structures, based on customer- and industry-specific criteria
- Sector outlook & strategies - assessment of industry-specific risks, preparation and presentation of sector reviews to internal and stakeholders and to clients. Advising decision-making bodies on sector-specific lending strategies
- Advising corporate customers on financial strategy
- Taking credit decisions as a member of Credit committee
You’ll be the right fit if you have:
- University degree in economics or finance.
- Perfect understanding of financial accounting, different accounting standards.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as credit analyst in a financial institution.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding success drivers and risk factors for various companies and industries.
- Strong presentation and argumentation skills.
- Fluency in Latvian and English (English is required in daily work to communicate with international clients)

€3,400 - €4,500 a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
