About the role:
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a part of Processing Center of Excellence (CoE) team which goal is to help the business to achieve their automation objectives by maintaining, supporting, and ensuring high reliability and scalability of our strategic automation platforms. You will be responsible for platform availability, performance, efficiency, service quality, and compliance with security requirements. You will closely collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders across the group.


To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Not less than 2 years of work experience in 2nd/3rd level IT system support or similar.
    • Practical knowledge of Linux OS, SQL (e.g. PL/SQL, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.), APIs (SOAP, REST).
    • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana etc.).
    • Experience in applying ITIL (Incident/Request/Problem/Event/Change Management).
    • Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab, GitHub Actions etc.), container management systems (e.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes etc.) or any Cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS) would be a plus.
    • Experience in implementing infrastructure-as-code (using Terraform, Ansible or similar) will be considered as a strong advantage.
    • Work experience with IBM BAW or ICM or BPM or Camunda products will be considered as a very strong advantage.
    • High level of responsibility and motivation.
    • Excellent English skills.

€2,600 - €5,300 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
