Our Latvian Markets team is looking for a customer-oriented, energetic, and proactive manager. You will be responsible for leading the team and drive the business in areas of FX, Trading, Sales and Brokerage, Derivatives and Capital Markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Your assignment will be to achieve the set short- and long-term goals set for the SEB Latvia and Baltic Markets together with your team colleagues in the Markets team
· You will take an active role in interacting with customers of SEB and promote the full range of Markets-related instruments and financial solutions
· New initiatives and participation in new product development or other customer solutions will be part of your role
· Ensure fulfilment of regulatory requirements
· You will report to Head of Corporate Banking in SEB Latvia and to the Baltic Head of Markets
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Qualifications
· A University degree in management, finance, economics or similar
· At least 5-year experience in Financial Markets
· At least 3 years people management experience.
· BFAA license, MIFID II, EMIR, MAR regulation knowledge and ability to act according it
· You have or strive towards receiving CFA, ACI Dealing certificate, ACI Diploma
· Solid experience in Banking
· Expert knowledge level about financial instruments

· Fluency in Latvian and English

Monthly salary range for this position: 5400–7200 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
