About the role:
Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for a highly complex regulatory reporting and calculation system, central to a key finance process at SEB. This MS SQL-based solution demands both technical precision and innovative thinking. In this role, you will ensure the system’s reliability through lifecycle management, incident resolution, and advanced problem-solving while driving technical enhancements, refactoring, and optimization to future-proof our solution. Additionally, you will play a vital role in a large-scale transformation of the system, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other IT teams to shape its future. To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Strong skills developing SQL Server: querying big tables, designing databases, indexing and organizing code into procedures, debugging
- Hands-on experience with implementation of SSAS cubes, SSIS, SSRS
- Experience with SQL Server partitioning, temporal tables, jobs, security model
- Willingness to drive technical enhancements & refactoring
- Experience with Python, Kafka would be considered as advantage
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and use them in practice
- Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information
- Great collaboration, communication skills and fluency in English

€3,500 - €5,300 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
