About the role:
As a business coordinator you will belong to a creative, energetic, and ambitious support team working in a collaborative and international setting, supporting managers and stakeholders across administration, internal communication, HR-related matters, training, employer branding initiatives and events, and facility management, while proactively handling a wide variety of tasks such as coordinating internal communication initiatives and inspiring events, implementing and developing internal employer branding ideas, managing organizational changes, onboarding newcomers, addressing HR-related questions, supporting premises rearrangement through planning and coordination, resolving day-to-day issues, preparing work-related documentation, and continuously driving improvements of administrative, system-related, and internal processes in close cooperation with teams and stakeholders across SEB, with a strong focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and ensuring that managers’ events sparkle and internal communication remains clear, engaging, and on-brand.

    • The confidence to coordinate and execute activities across multiple areas of expertise
    • Strong experience in multitasking and driving several initiatives and projects simultaneously in close collaboration with stakeholders, your team, and colleagues
    • Excellent organizational skills and a genuine passion for improving existing processes
    • Several years of hands-on experience in administration, HR, internal communication, and/or office management
    • A hands-on, solution-oriented attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, international environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent proficiency in Lithuanian and English

€2,350 - €3,300 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
