Our data-division is growing, and we are now looking for a Team Manager to the Markets Regulatory Reporting development team within Trading Technology!

About the job
As Team Manager you will lead and be the line manager of the Markets Regulatory Reporting development team. Roles within the team are Solution Developers, System Analysts and Test Engineers and the team is working as 2-3 Scrum teams on one backlog. The MRR team is responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that deliver and supports our regulatory business.
You will be a member of the department’s management team and you will work closely with the business to make sure that the team contributes to our continuous deliveries with timely high-quality releases. Vendor management and IT security are other tasks included in the role.

Who are we looking for:
To be successful in this role you are an accountable leader that is driven and have a willingness to constantly develop, learn new things and build strong relationships with stakeholders and the Product Owner of the team. As an agile leader you create an environment where people can act on ideas and collaborate to take on new challenges and learn together and you do this work in close collaboration with the Scrum Master of the team. As a leader you are goal-oriented, emphatic, have great communication skills and can spread enthusiasm as well as giving meaningful feedback about performance to help your team in growing their skills and competences.
You also have:
·        +5 years of work experience in a management role leading agile teams
·        You have a technical background and experience of working with software development/data warehousing as developer, test engineer or similar.
·        Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, meriting if you also have an understanding of the SAFe framework.
·        Extensive communication skills in English
As a person we believe that you have an agile mindset, are curious and have a willingness to constantly improve, develop and motivate others. You like structure and have things organized and well planned. It is also an advantage but not a requirement, if you have experience of or worked with Trading Regulations and/or Financial Products.
