As a Data Steward you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring data within the assigned Data Area is managed in line with SEB Data Governance policies
- Defining and owning logical and conceptual data models for assigned data domains, ensuring they accurately reflect business concepts and relationships
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, data owners, and architects to translate business requirements into logical data structures
- Establishing and maintaining metadata descriptions and business glossary definitions
- Coordinating the definition, implementation, and monitoring of data quality controls
- Identifying, documenting, and driving remediation of data quality issues, including root cause analysis and improvement proposals
- Supporting downstream data consumers and providing data expertise to development initiatives
You are the right fit if you have:
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with databases;
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining conceptual and logical data models;
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles (entities, attributes, relationships, normalization and similar);
- Experience in reporting solutions, database design, data control implementation, data quality management;
- Understanding of regulations that affect regulatory reporting area and practical experience with the data flows supporting regulatory reporting processes;
- Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may evolve, and the ability to create clarity through proactive communication;
- Experience in finance and economic analysis, data Management and tools like Collibra would be an advantage;
- Ability to explain data concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences;
- Experience in regulated and large-scale data environments is considered a plus;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language

€3,500 - €5,200 a month
before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
