What you will be doing  

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive recruitment support to SEB’s managers and making sure that the right talent is hired. The core team consists of eight colleagues forming the tech team and in Sweden we are a total of 19 colleagues within Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition department is dedicated in helping our different divisions to grow in the appropriate way.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech talent. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and execute on sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates in the market.

You will be responsible for:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier tech talent, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, events, and more.
    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to hire.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our recruitment processes.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in recruitment for at least ten years, preferably within the tech area. You are used to managing the entire recruitment cycle and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders of all levels.
    • Strong understanding of various technology roles and skill sets, including software development, engineering, data science, and more.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
    • Passion for staying ahead of the curve and continuously improving recruitment processes and practices.
