About the role:

As a new team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of world-class service. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining compliance with agreed-upon quality standards and working procedures, delivering services promptly, and upholding the esteemed SEB values. You will have to facilitate both incoming and outgoing payments, investigate and resolve ad hoc tasks related to clients’ requirements and participate in team activities related to business continuity, improvement of client’s experiences, etc.
 
Moreover, you'll contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues actively contribute to our ongoing mission of process simplification through the implementation of automated solutions, including robotics, scripts, and more. Monthly salary range for this position: 1600 - 2500 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
