Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. About the team:
E-commerce team is responsible for providing payment collection solutions to SEB merchants who sell their products and services in internet. Merchants expect the solution to be reliable, secure and easily understandable for payers. E-commerce team ambition is to provide all that through enabling wide range of well-known and innovative payment methods and making the payment as smooth step as possible

Your responsibilities will include:
- Be part of team daily activities and support team members on those
- Conduct individual research tasks on e-commerce matters
- Analyze other market players products, terms and technical solutions
- Come up with fresh ideas to improve the offering
- Validate internal and external e-commerce related documentation and improve it

- Have good skills on Microsoft Office tools
- Have strong motivation to learn and explore
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Are fluent in Latvian and English as you will be part of Baltic team
- Are outgoing & positiveteam player with can-do attitude
- Are able to plan your time and set priorities.

€900 - €1,100 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
