What you will be doing
We are now looking for a Test Strategist for our IT department within Pension & Försäkring AB. As a Test Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our testing approach. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define testing strategies, and ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will drive quality improvements and enhance our product offerings.
In this role you will be part of our new IT area, Quality and Engineering Hub. The area will have a domain responsibility for solutions and processes that are used cross domain by all teams; development, test, incident and support.
As a Test Strategist you will be responsible for:
· Develop and communicate a clear testing vision aligned with business goals.
· Develop and continuously refine test strategies for all IT solutions within our domain.
· Drive the adoption of testing strategies across teams and tribes.
· Collaborate cross domain to ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
· Provide guidance and support to Agile teams in implementing and executing test strategies effectively.
· Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in testing methodologies to enhance our approach.
· Act as a subject matter expert on testing practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality and Engineering Hub.
· Improve quality awareness by increasing test knowledge across the organization.
Who we are looking for:
· You have deep knowledge of testing methodology and experience from both legacy and modern technology.
· You have worked with test both on an operational level as well as a strategic level.
· You have been driving both the vision creation and implementation of test strategies.
· You have an engineering background.
· You have experience from leading in change.
· You build trust at all levels based on transparency, pro-activity, and courage, including bridging technology to business and vice versa.
· You have strong communication skills, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
· You have an academic background within Computer Science, Data, engineering or equivalent.
· Beneficial with experience from life and insurance products
