What you will be doing
You will lead Core services engineering team (~8 engineers), be part of Baltic IT services leadership team, manage vendors, contracts, stakeholders in Tech area and beyond. Our brilliant techies work hard to future proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact for our customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the team of Linux, VMware, storage and backup engineers;
- Own SEB Baltic Linux, VMware platforms, and storage & backup services;
- Manage technical roadmap and team activities backlog;
- Ensure necessary and up to date team competences;
- Manage relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier services;
- Ensure governance and control requirements are fulfilled in your area;
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the company and with vendors.

- Knowledgeable in Linux, VMware, storage, backup technologies;
- Experience as a leader for engineering team is a big plus;

- Ability to inspire and motivate distributed teams;
- Fluent in English, oral and written.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3800 – 5800 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
