We are looking for a driven leader and team player to manage the team for Customer Experience Design within Corporate & Institutional Banking.
About the role:
As Customer Experience Design Team Manager in the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division you will manage a team of approx. 6 people that are engaged in initiatives developing the future services, processes and offerings for Cash Management. In specific, efforts are currently focused on the Accounts & Payments area that is undergoing a major transformation. You and the team will work actively in this initiative to develop digital services for customer segments spanning from large corporates to private individuals, ensuring that user experience is an integral part in design and development of new offerings. You will also work to broaden the knowledge and skills in UX in the division, and over time be involved in stakeholder engagement across the division.
You will manage the team as well as work hands-on in the initiatives the team is engaged in. You will collaborate with and coach your team members, and work closely with colleagues from e.g. sales, product management and tech development. You will focus on and reside in CIB but also collaborate with the greater CX community in SEB. The role will be based in Stockholm.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· A relevant university degree and solid experience in UX design
· Proven experience in leading, coaching, and sharing knowledge with others, as well as driving change
· Experience in strategic planning (defining plans and roadmaps based on insight) to hands-on work with user research, prototyping and concept design
· A forward leaning mindset and the ability to easily understand different needs, conclude and take decisions
· Experience working in an agile environment with UX for web, mobile, and apps
· Fluency in both English and Swedish, verbal and written, as you will be working in an international environment
