About the role:
As a Data Engineer at SEB, you will play a crucial role in data-driven decision-making and the data understanding within the organization. Reporting to the Product Manager, your responsibilities will range from ensuring proper data transformation to product analytics. You will work with data management and hygiene being responsible for the quality of our data, as well as creating analyses to provide actionable insights for the Product team. This role requires a data evangelist mindset, collaborating closely with the agile team to identify key insights to drive strategic actions.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- A couple of years experience and understanding in how to create and manage data flows in either GCP or a cloud environment, ensuring that the correct data is loaded, and presented, in the correct sources.
- A curious mindset, always wanting to know the reason behind the numbers.
- The ability to maintain a high standard of data, to ensure the correctness and a high level of trust.
- Great communication skills to evangelize data, present analyses, democratize the insights, and being able to translate data into actionable insights.
