We are looking for an AI Product Owner to join our Finance, Risk and Data Tribe. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products and processes across the organization. You will combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to turn AI capabilities into tangible business value.

Your responsibilities:
- Shape the vision and strategy for AI-driven products and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and responsible AI principles
- Own and manage the AI development backlog across platform- and AI-team-owned use cases
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on total value impact, feasibility, and long-term scalability
- Own and maintain the AI use-case registry, including lifecycle status and accountability
- Manage stakeholders and act as the primary point of entry for the organization to the AI team
- Collaborate with other Product Owners within and outside the tribe
- Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and developments, and contribute to the strategic agenda of the broader area
You’ll be the right fit if you have:
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
- Ability to own end‑to‑end product lifecycle and balance strategic vs. operational needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset, proactive problem‑solving ability, and ownership mentality.
- Understanding of Agile delivery processes
- Comfort working with both high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English as communication would be across Baltics.

€3,550 - €5,350 a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
