About the position
The role as a Senior Relationship Manager requires you to be able to generate prospective clients, identify and qualify, and both alone and together with the client executives conduct prospect meetings and generate new clients. The role will require you to drive growth by executing on the sales strategy as well as build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A key competence will be your ability to collaborate well with the client executive organisation.
 
Your main role and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
 
·       Act as a lead sales representative on opportunities with key potential clients,
·       Be responsible for identifying, sourcing, following up and delivering on partnership opportunities,
·       Achieve sales quotas and reach set growth goals,
·       Analyse competitors' products, pricing, and market trends to gain insight into customer needs and identify, opportunities for business development,
·       Be a role model for co-workers in ways-of-selling.

In addition to the above, you possess the following qualities:
 
·       At least 5 years of working experience, ideally in a similar position or within Private Wealth Management
·       Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Administration or another relevant field
·       Proven knowledge of the Private Wealth Management business. International experience is considered an advantageExtensive experience working with sales within the private banking industry
·       Proven strong sales track record with demonstrable evidence of successful selling to major and/or complex customers
·       Structured approach to work and solution oriented
·       Very good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as critical advice capability
·       High degree of personal integrity and ability to handle confidentiality in a professional way
·       Strong networking and relationship building skills
·       Ability to work independently, driving your own projects
·       Pragmatic mindset
·       Excellent communication  and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in banking and finance
·       Fluency in English, both in written and in spoken; a Nordic language is considered an advantage.
