If so, Baltic Cards issuing team is looking for a mid to senior software developer who would be responsible for creation, development and maintenance of SEB bank issued debit and credit cards in core system and not only. We are on a mission of building excellent payment cards usage experience that will allow our cardholders easily control and manage their card products in new SEB mobile app and new Internet bank. We are looking for highly motivated and well-organized team member.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
    • Write well designed, testable, efficient code
    • Prepare and produce releases of software components
    • Produce Unit Tests and automated Integration tests

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • 3+ years of experience as full stack developer with large systems
    • Good knowledge in Java and in Angular or willingness to learn it quickly
    • Experience or willingness to learn OpenEdge ABL (Progress) would be considered as an advantage
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Team-player who can also work independently
    • Curiosity to know what the latest trends in IT are and want to implement them
    • DevOps (Jenkins, OpenShift) and understanding of microservices architecture would be considered as advantage

Monthly salary range for this position in Latvia: 2600 – 4600 EUR (before tax deduction). 
 
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
