About the role:
You will be part of the AITSM team (Agile IT Service Management) that maintenance and supports Jira/Confluence and MyRequest Portal. Jira is our main tool for IT operations and Agile way of working. MyRequest portal is the main request portal visited daily by almost all of SEB group employees. You will work in Agile methodology and will be involved into continuous process of delivery and support. You will be in close contact with business users from different countries.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder’s support
- Technical improvements (upgrades, monitoring etc.)
- Incident and request handling for Jira users
You’ll be the right fit if you:
- Have working experience as syst admin/ IT Support
- Working experience with Jira (cloud or data center)
- Knowledge of Linux or Windows servers would be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of basic scripting would be an advantage
- Proactive and positive team player
- Eager to learn and willing to take ownership
- Enjoy working in Agile way
- Up for a challenge and ready to suggest new ideas
- Speak fluent English

€1,800 - €3,400 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
