Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB Bank. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects, including a hackathon, where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship. How great is that?

As part of Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe in SEB Baltics, CRM team ensures development and smooth implementation of various processes and services related to CRM/customer-bank relations in very many business areas. We combine strong engineering practices with a focus on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. Team is following agile way of working, using Scrum methodology. You’ll join a collaborative environment where learning, support, and knowledge sharing are part of our daily work

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Analysing business needs and acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution;
    • Breaking down requirements into structured tasks and user-stories for developers;
    • Using no-code/low-code platform to configure workflows, forms, rules and system behavior;
    • Supporting with user acceptance testing;
    • Helping with technical documentation;
    • Working closely with your mentor to guide your learning and development.

    • Ongoing studies in an higher‑education program;
    • Strong interest in the development of infosystems;
    • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team;
    • Eagerness and ability to learn, positive and solution oriented mindset;
    • Analytical skills and structural thinking;
    • Honesty and strong sense of responsibility;
    • Fluency in both Estonian and English;
    • Good organizational skills.

€1,050 - €1,300 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
