As a Offering Manager for Private segment you will drive and deliver segment value offering, contribute on developing new solutions for private customers, ensure highest customer satisfaction and long-term relationships with our private customers. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about Private customer segment, ambitious and self-motivated, success-driven with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in development and execution of (sub)segments strategy;
- Drive business results by defining target customer groups, offering and pricing;
- Drive and support advisory product sales;
- Responsible for achieving Private segment business goals in Estonian Retail organization and Baltics;
- Oversee competitiveness landscape, follow market trends and suggest required actions;
- Deliver customer and market insights for designing the products and services;
- Drive business transformation activities upon launch of the products and services to the market;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Act as cooperation partner to relevant stakeholders (e.g development organization, MarCom, Digital banking ect) to reach business goals and ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Lead and/or participate Baltic and/or local projects.
Who we are looking for?
- Degree in Finance/Economics;
- Experience in working with private clients in banking sector, understanding of customers’ needs and behavior;
- Understanding of financial market trends & private customer segment products;
- Experience in leading projects, good understanding of service design and customer centric development methods;
- Ability to clearly communicate decisions;
- Stakeholder and project management skills;
- Ability to influence and inspire cross-border teams and lead projects;
- Strong business drive and acumen;
- Digital literacy above par;
- Fluent in written and spoken Estonian and English.

€3,400 - €5,200 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
