Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) offers comprehensive banking services, access to capital markets, financing solutions and individually tailored advisory services. The advisory services are based on SEB's vast range of financing and investment products, including analysis and alternative investments, by leveraging expertise from other divisions. The client offering also includes a broad range of non-financial services such as tax, legal and insurance advisory.

The PWM&FO division has a full-service investment offering through the areas of Asset Management & Investments and Multi Asset.

We are currently looking for an Investment Director to Multi Asset, specializing in advisory on asset allocation and private market funds towards professional investors in our Professional Family Office and Private Capital segments.

You will nurture and develop relationships with professional Clients and prospects in the asset management field. You will understand investment strategies of professional investors and Family Offices and identify opportunities for value creation in asset allocation, private market funds and ESG/Impact investments.

You will support Clients in completion of investment decisions with focus on alternative investments and private market funds but also on other investment opportunities. You will maintain and develop expertise on asset allocation and on investment products with focus on alternative investments such as Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets/Infrastructure and emerging asset classes. 

You will be operative towards Clients in all PWM&FO geographies. Some travelling will therefore be included.

As a person you have excellent collaboration and relationship building skills. You are determined, focused and passionate about developing and inspiring people. You have a great understanding of professional Client needs in asset management, you act with a strategic mind-set and you have a proven track record of finalizing complex investment decisions in advisory situations.

To succeed in this role you need to be an engaged and inspiring individual who has the ability to build strong relationships through a truly advisory driven approach. You are a highly motivated individual with an in-depth understanding and experience of financial markets and asset classes, especially alternative investments and private market funds. 

We believe you have previous experience from fund portfolio management, research and/or senior sales roles in relevant fields where you have proven track record of building successful relationships.
