At SEB New York we are approximately 47 employees, delivering strong product offering across the following divisions: FICC, Equities and Investment Banking, Financial Institution Coverage, Corporate Banking. Additionally, SEB New York is the key hub for the bank’s USD financing via the local Treasury funding team. 
 
About the job
The International Rates Sales team represents a key component of the Fixed Income organization, dedicated to creating a seamless global distribution channel offering in depth advisory and execution services within Nordic rates, credits and derivatives to our international client base. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to become a market leader when it comes to SEBs offering towards the international client segment.

The Fixed Income organization is a global team of around 100 individuals within FICC Markets, Large Corporates and Financial Institutions division, including Sales, Traders and Strategists. FICC Markets is one of the largest business areas within the LC&FI division, and our main purpose is to provide access to the financial markets for the division’s Large Corporate and Financial Institutions clients, as well as to the C&PC division’s Mid Corporate and SME client base utilizing our global presence and product expertise.

Who are you?
We are looking for an individual possessing a deep understanding of the Fixed Income product, showing a proven track record of accomplishments, and demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure. Crucially, we require someone who is highly independent and capable of driving our business forward to the next level. To stay ahead in dynamic markets, we also need you to be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement robust sales strategies. Given our global operations and diverse clientele spanning various time zones, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
