Data Curator to Human Resources at SEB
Are you interested in helping HR to become more data driven and improve employee experience? Would you like to take on a challenging key role in HRs digitization journey? We are looking for a Data Curator with strong project management skills within the HR area.
About the position
Efficient data management is a key enabler in our digitization journey. As a Data Curator you will have the possibility to influence this journey.
 In this position you will be part of HR’s central data management function, which includes Data Stewards, Business Analysts and Product Owners. You will have a key role in driving HRs Data Management agenda and will be digging into the details of the core people and organizational data.

You will be responsible for:  
·     Ensuring quality of the core data from a system and end-user perspective and setting the structure and understanding what data is available and how to consume it
·     Establishing structure capital for the management of the core data
·     Set best practices and be an advisor for how to implement and change the data
·    Identify and implement improvements with the data structures and the related way-of-working
·    Drive and facilitate workshops/key meetings together with stakeholder to understand business expectations and IT capabilities
·  Drive infrastructure projects, with the purpose to radically improve the quality and usage of the core data

You will also collaborate with partners cross HR and the entire bank with Tech being a key partner.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience and interest in understanding data and data flows on a detailed way.

·  You are structured and analytical, finding it interesting to solve complex problems
· You have the ability to package and explain complexity in an easy way, even for non tech colleagues
·  You are used to work independently and have experience from driving complex projects
·  You have strong collaboration, stakeholder and communication skills since you will need to collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organization
·  We expect you to have a documented track record in working with data structures and quality and that you enjoy digging into details
